A Broken Heart How do you heal your broken heart? I'm assuming that you've had a broken heart at some point in your life..... what did you do that helped you get over it..... I guess when my heart is broken... I either sulk around for a long time... or find ways to occupy my time....... Go out with friends.... get dressed up and go for a drink.. I've had a broken heart many times in my life. Like you said I just occupy my time by doing things that make me happy. I would either go out shoot hoops, watch some DVD's or just go out for a drive to keep my mind off of having my heart broken.

too many people hurry the healing process and end up miserable for a very long time..Grieving is a natural process and if you try too much to forget then your system gets stressed out without knowing it ..take the time needed to do the things that comes naturally ..don't be too quick to allow yourself to forget...

Time heals all wounds, and each person deals with heartache differently, just gotta go with what works for you, and eventually you can move on and put it behind you. I love the way you make me horny without even doing anything.

 What /-/eart  BreaK number # is this ?We see all "their" fault*z and blame them. Rare in hindsight can we admit to Our own. Drinking has /\/EVER solved one problem, it is one of it*z own. It heals over time. But I need to keep occupied. Playing golf ,going out with friends , travel.

I take some time to think about the whos, whats and whys of my break up/broken heart. I will generally not go out for a bit nor try and date anyone. After a few weeks I kick it back into high gear. "Sweet, steamy, sensuous kisses light the bright fires of passionate lust within us." scott6250

Time heals all wounds, but rebound sex was always my go to coping mechanism. Most of my past breakups left me feeling self conscious about my looks/weight and just down on myself overall. I sought out sex because I craved that feeling of being desired once again. A single night of receiving a stranger's lust made me feel better than anything else could. I know that sounded bad, but everyone has their own way of dealing with pain. Sex used to be mine.
