Rockers that hit the Jersey Clubs 80/81
Okay I know I don’t even have a 2% chance on having this question answered.

But worth a shot even on here Adult Dating One.

I used to be a big Cyndi Lauper fan before she was known as Cyndi Lauper.

She used to be in a band called Blue Angel. Back in those days I saw the band 3 times.

In NYC clubs called Privates and Hurrahs.
The third time was in Asbury Park, NJ.

At that timeframe of 80/81ish there was 3 well-known clubs in Asbury Park.

1) Stone Pony - I know it wasn’t here.
2) The Fast Lane - maybe?
3) The Hotel California- maybe?

I’m trying to figure out which of those two clubs it could’ve been?

As I mentioned before I knew not even a 2% chance on having this answered but you never know.

 My guess would be The Fast Lane. I hung out at the Stone Pony most of the time. I lived in Westfield and it was the closest place to go. Road the Carousel and grab a golden ring many a time there.

 I did some serious digging trying to answer your question and fell way short.
There is also very little on Blue Angel as a band. Sorry!! Hope you get to the beachwalk today the sun is lovely on the snow
