 funny, my mother-in-law who is a food nut and I were talking about this last year...it's true, if you look at the any grated or shredded cheese, it's in there...FDA actually approved this material up to a few percent added to the cheese to solve the caking of the cheese...

well...i guess we are eating saw dust cheese...in a way...lol...
